Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By contacting us, submitting a quote request, or booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all clients of Cyfireworks.

2. Services Provided

Cyfireworks provides professional pyrotechnic displays and related pyrotechnic services for private and corporate events. All services are carried out by licensed pyrotechnicians in accordance with applicable Cypriot and EU law.

The specific scope, duration, and nature of each display is agreed in writing between Cyfireworks and the client prior to the event.

3. Booking & Deposits

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit as outlined in your quote. Deposits are non-refundable except where Cyfireworks cancels the booking.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days may be subject to additional charges depending on costs already incurred. Rescheduling is offered where possible at no extra charge with sufficient notice.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Securing all necessary venue permissions and local authority approvals
• Ensuring the display area is accessible and meets safety requirements
• Informing attendees of the display in advance where appropriate
• Compliance with any instructions issued by our pyrotechnicians on site

6. Safety & Force Majeure

Safety is our absolute priority. Cyfireworks reserves the right to cancel, delay, or modify any display at its sole discretion if weather conditions, site hazards, or any other safety concern makes it unsafe to proceed. In such cases, Cyfireworks will work with the client to reschedule.

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control including but not limited to adverse weather, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

7. Liability

Cyfireworks carries professional public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the direct value of the services contracted. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the provision of our services or their cancellation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, videos, and text is the property of Cyfireworks or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
